Originally built as a school in 1893, Bell Tower Retirement Community once served to educate the young people of East Dubuque, Illinois. Today, our beautiful building fosters the individual growth and independence of seniors, many of whom attended school in this very same building.
In 2008, renovations were completed to provide an atmosphere that reflects the heritage of this time honored building, while including the most up-to-date safety features including wireless emergency call systems, state-of-the-art fire protection equipment, and remote access security.
